A platform for a law firm’s attorneys to run clearance searches, prepare analysis and request document drafts. It works with the firm’s records and tracks longer drafting jobs while they run.
How it is put together
Built for Zeus IP, an intellectual property practice in New Delhi.
To answer questions or draft documents, the system sends relevant text to an external AI provider. The model can be changed; the provider's data-handling terms and configured retention controls apply.
It can work from a firm's live records rather than a copy, so nobody has to keep 2 versions in step and nothing is answered from data that went stale last month. Attorneys and the agents share the same rooms, and what is said there is a signed entry in a durable log, whoever or whatever said it. A log of that kind records the conversation rather than every internal step of a drafting job.
Short questions answer on the spot. A longer drafting job is queued and tracked while it runs.
